She's been to Morro Bay, Big Bear, Joshua Tree, Anza Borrego. She's also traveled a bit further, to Colorado, and back through Taos, Santa Fe, and Arizona. One summer she went on an epic 10 day trip to Park City and back. On that trip, she stayed in dispersed BLM land outside of Bryce National Park, visited Capitol Reef (a favorite!), traveled through Grand Staircase Escalante, and finished with a whirlwind tour through Zion National Park. One of her last big trips was through the Sierra Mountains -- she traveled up to Mono Hot Springs and Yosemite. She's been on quite a few motorcycle adventures too -- off to the California backcountry discovery route, up to Rowher Flats, Ocotillo Wells, and Hungry Valley. She hasn't been to Babes Ride Out or Babes in the Dirt yet, but she's itching to go.If you have any questions about where to venture with Daisy Mae, just reach out. Adam's spent time leading trips through Zion, Bryce, Joshua Tree, Death Valley, and Yosemite national parks and we love talking shop about slow roll adventures with our rigs!Altre cose di cui prendere notaWe have a couple rules that we ask you to read through prior to booking:- We don't allow smoking, drugs, or unauthorized pets inside vehicle.
- We don't allow cooking inside the vehicle -- please use the camp table that we provide to set up your cook station.
- To bring a pet, please discuss that with us ahead of time and plan to purchase the Internal Damage insurance.
- By renting Daisy Mae, you agree to stay in the continental United States. Traveling into Canada or Mexico will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit and request for immediate return of the vehicle.
- Off-road use: the van is permitted to drive on forest service roads and similar unpaved roads. The van is not intended or allowed to be used in a true off-road setting. If you intend to use the van on unpaved surfaces this MUST be discussed in the pre-reservation phone call, and written approval must be given. Any unauthorized or unapproved use is at your own risk and all costs associated with recovery, towing, repair and damage shall be borne by the renter.
- To keep the full deposit, we expect Daisy Mae to be returned in the same condition that it was given to you. Any alterations, damages, or need for excessive cleaning will be taken from the security deposit. This is our home away from home, so please treat it with respect.

Provided thorough, helpful guidance
Alia and Adam are responsive, friendly, and helpful. They offer clear instructions, thorough walk-throughs, and a detailed manual. They even pre-filled the shower, prepped the fridge, and left treats, ensuring a smooth start.
Easy to drive, comfortable, well-equipped
The van is easy to drive and operate, working perfectly and running smoothly. It's notably comfortable with a super comfy bed. It comes well-equipped with all essentials, including chairs, tables, and an optional refrigerator, making it ready for any trip.

5.0The trip was absolutely fantastic and the van worked perfectly. It could not have been more comfortable and run more smoothly. Alia was super responsive and very very helpful with getting started. This was our first outdoorsy experience and we will definitely be doing it again!

Domande frequenti
Q.
What airport is closest to your location?
A.
We're closest to Burbank airport (20 minutes, depending on traffic). LAX is about 25 miles away (30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic). You can easily get a ride-share from either airport, or you could take the flyaway from LAX to Union Station in Downtown LA and then catch a ride share to our location.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Lots! We'll go over some of the tips and tricks when you arrive for the pre-departure walk-through. This usually takes 30-45 minutes, depending on which features you plan to use in the van. We'll also forward you our Daisy Mae Van Manual, aka, the Vanual, which gives step-by-step directions on how to use some of the more complicated features of the van.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
When we don't have back-to-back rentals, we offer a flexible pick up & return policy, where we consider a rental period to be 24 hours: ie, your departure time is the time we expect the van to be returned on your return date. If you still need more time, we have two add-ons for more flexibility: 1) an authorized 5 hour late return option for $50, and 2) an authorized 5-24 hour late return for an extra $125. Please note, all late returns must be authorized to avoid incurring extra fees.
Q.
What can I expect from the pre-trip walkthrough?
A.
It depends on what you've selected as add-ons. If you're going bare bones and don't need the shower or cooking set up, we'll show you the ropes, drive around the block and you can be on your way in 30 minutes. If you have opted for the shower and kitchen set up, please set aside up to an hour for us to show you how to use everything properly!
