If you book a non-electric site, the fridge/freezer will NOT work.This trailer has a nice open kitchen living area at the back, a three-piece washroom in the middle, and a private bedroom at the front. The bedroom has a walkaround queen bed, and the sofa and dining table fold down into beds. There is room for 4 people to sleep comfortably, or 5-6 people if you have a few smaller adults or children. The trailer is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, and bed sheets. Just bring your own towels, pillows, and blankets.The rental fee includes one full tank of propane; if you need more you can bring your own, (20 lb tanks) or I can provide it for an extra charge.To enjoy the full benefits of this trailer, you will need at least a **25' electrical site**.
