5.0Phyllis was great and communicated regularly with me. She quickly answered all my questions. It was great to also be able to set up additional drivers as one of my brothers picked up and returned her trailer on my behalf. The trailer was comfortable and sturdy. She even provided sheets, blankets and pillows for the beds. (I did not expect that to my surprise.) I would recommend and rent from Phyllis again.
