Available and professional communication
Mariah was consistently available, professional, and responsive, assisting with last-minute requests and offering flexibility (e.g., extra time for a lost key). However, there were two recorded instances of host-initiated 0-day booking cancellations.
Drives well despite safety issues
The van generally drove fine, offering great AC and a TV. However, cruise control, blind spot, and lane alerts were intermittent. The owner stated a house battery replacement is needed to resolve these safety features. Some found the wind adjust feature unsettling.

4.0Overall, the Van drove fine, however some of the safety features did not work. For example, the cruise control did not work, blind spot and lane alert worked sometimes and other times did not work. The AC was great, and the TV was a nice feature. It was very windy on our trip, and the wind adjust feature will scar the crap out of you. I would book this van again. The owner was always available and explained the house battery needed to be replaced and that would fix the safety issues. Hope gets this done.
