Tie down system is built into the garage to secure items. (We offer option to rent our Golf Cart or Harley Davidson Motorcycle)Drives like a dream with the desirable Workhorse Chassis for vehicle stability and power. Can tow up to 3,000 lbs. behind the rig - such as a boat. Immaculate vehicle, with very low mileage and perfect maintenance record.Recently upgraded with a new top of the line Villa Leather sectional couch with luxury Dream Sleeper hide-a-bed, with automatic inflating & deflating 11" air mattress. The RV has 3 Queen Beds - the Loft Queen, The Villa Couch Queen plus an Inflatable Queen high bed in the 'garage' that converts to a private room once emptied of toys! Two new upgraded TV's provide surround sound through a sound bar and subwoofer. Smaller Tv in the upstairs Bedroom can be moved to the outside hookup or into the garage and will play movies off the interior DVD player.We recently upgraded the bathroom shower to feature an air-compressed RV Showerhead that significantly increases water spray and pressure, a wonderful improvement for RV showering. Also upgraded the shower door to remove the catacomb-style open & close door with a sleek new door.We bought this RV as it is the perfect combination of of toy hauling & social space. We use it to visit our kids in college and tailgate at their sporting events. It is rarely used and so well equipped, we love sharing it with others through Outdoorsy!
