Looking to hit the road in a powerful great handling RV that can fit the whole family and then some! Here it is. The Cowboy Cadillac! this is our families personal RV. It has the powerful Duramax diesel engine to cruise with easy. I've owned both the standard class C and this super C on a 5500 chassis and there's no comparison on how much better this handles going down the road. Especially in the wind. We love and use this RV regularly and want to offer it to others to enjoy and make memories with! It has an upgraded and remodeled Large interior with two super slide outs. Remodel done in 2023 including new comfy leather couch and recliner chair, 2 new Wifi streaming TVs in front and Master bedroom, Apple Carplay to easily navigate to your destination, back up camera, push button auto leveling. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably on two queens and a foldout couch. On top of that, two bunk beds and a dinette bed as well.
Our Motorhome has all the typical appliances including duel air-conditioners to keep you cool, Microwave, Coffee maker etc.**We are not a music festival friendly renter**

A little about me, Married for 24 years to a wonderful women who shares the same passion for RV adventures as me. We have two great children 20 and 17 years old. We’ve owned about every kind of RV creating great memories and experiences since our kids were in car seats. Looking forward to giving others the ability to do the same with our RV!

RV Rules
1) The renter must participate in a walkthrough.
2) Pick Up/Drop off times are charged $30 every half hour late. After 7pm will result in a full day charge.
3) The awning must be monitored at all times during use. Renter responsible for wind damage.
4) NO SMOKING in the RV. $250 fee if there are signs of smoking.
5) Black/Grey tanks must be emptied and flushed before returning the RV unless the renter has pre paid dump. Returning without dumping and without pre-paying will be $100 fee.
6) Gas and Propane tank must be refilled before returning. If not, each tank will be charged $30 admin + price of fuel. Propane must have receipt or charges will apply.
7) The RV may be taken anywhere within 500 mile radius except off road including dirt roads.
8) The RV should not be driven over 75 MPH. Driving the RV at unsafe speeds can result in loss of deposit.
9) 2 dogs are allowed for a $15 fee each. Owner must be notified. Dogs only
10) Tolls must be paid by the renter in full + a $15 administrative fee. Tickets must be paid by the renter in full + a $75 administration fee.
11) Do not get on the roof of the RV. Doing so will result in loss of deposit.
12) Maximum towing GVW 6000 lbs. $15 a day, pre-paid under add ons. Please provide information about what is being towed.
13) Cleaning is charged a $75 fee per hour. This includes the insides and outsides of the RV if returned dirty. Minimum of 1 HR.
14) Any Items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%.
15) If not returned in time or in condition that results in loss of the next rental, the renter will be responsible for the total rental amount lost. If a claim needs to be filed, the renter will be responsible for the $250 estimate fee and any rental amount lost (at owner discretion).
