We ask that you treat our 2022 Keystone Montana High Country 377FL like it’s your own home on wheels. Please read and follow these rules so everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience:
Safety First: Do not engage in illegal activity or anything that could put you or others at risk. Absolutely no climbing on the roof.
No Smoking: This is a strict no-smoking RV. If evidence of smoking is found inside, a $750 cleaning and deodorizing fee will apply.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off: If you need an earlier pick-up or later drop-off than scheduled, please request in advance. Additional fees may apply and are subject to availability.
Tanks & Hookups: Before the RV is picked up, you must empty/dump the black tank first, then the gray tank.
Cleaning: Please return the RV in the same clean condition you received it. Additional cleaning fees will apply if extra time is required.
Driver Requirements: Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for early returns.
Insurance Coverage: Please note the Outdoorsy protection plan is an excess policy. Any claims must first be filed with your personal auto insurance provider. If denied, the Outdoorsy protection will then apply.
Respect the Rig: This is our family’s camper, and we hope you’ll care for it as if it were your own.

We are a family of 4 who traveled around the U.S. for 3 years with our Goldendoodle! We thoroughly enjoy using our camper, living in the peace of nature with friends and family, and getting away from city life for a while.
