I loved the large dinette with windows on 3 sides. Our campsite did not have water or electricity, so I was careful to ask about using a generator and batteries to run the trailer. We were told that the trailer would have full functionality with generator and battery. The water pump did not work and the battery held a charge for just minutes, so we didn’t have running water, toilet, shower, heater, Bluetooth, or lights. We had lights when running our generator, but within minutes of shutting off the generator, all electrical features failed and the smoke detector chirped every minute or so. We couldn’t even sleep in the trailer until some hours later when the smoke detector battery died completely. The camper kept us dry in the rain and the propane stove was useful to heat water, but that’s about it. The hosts were helpful, but they didn’t know their trailer’s water and electrical systems were malfunctioning. When I contacted them to report the problems, they were as helpful as they could be and offered a refund. I am also asking Outdoorsy for a refund. They should share some accountability for renting a trailer that was not fully functional. The hosts kindly included a propane grill that is not mentioned in the listing. I would like to have known that so I would not have needed to pack my own.

Very clean camper. Came with everything needed for a great trip. Hosts were friendly and accessible.

Great family to rent from, very responsive and easy going. The camper was just what we were looking for on our weekend getaway.
