Brand new 31BH 2020 coachman freelander. Beautiful updated decor. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We love traveling in comfort with our motorhome and we hope you will too! Cosa è inclusoChairs, outdoor family games, grill (please provide green propane tank), dishes, pots, pans, spices, oil spray, bug spray, tool kit, lighter, hand soap, hobo pie makers and marshmallows forks provided. Please bring own linens (towels, wash clothes, bedding for sanitary purposes.)RaccomandazioniOur rig would love to travel almost anywhere in Florida with you! You can park overnight in most Walmart parking lots (unless signage says not to), most rest stops and most truck stops. Please be sure to empty gray and black tanks 100% before returning rig. Please be sure to remove trash and wash dishes. I will have rig professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each trip to ensure safety. Love it like it was your own.

Hello and welcome to our rv page! We are a very busy bunch of five. We recently moved to Florida from Michigan to escape the cold. Once the shut down happened, we knew we wanted the ability to just get out into the world and explore nature. My husband was a 2008 ATV MX national champion and we decided to get back into the sport 12 years later. So during the summer, my husband and our son race. Fall/Winter months we focus on our business and homeschooling our 3 kids. I hope you enjoy exploring as much as we do and we hope you share your travels with us! Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are generally available to drop off rig to your home or final destination as long as its within 40 miles from Palmetto, Fl. Plan to pick up but you're welcome to ask us to drop off. We new happy to if we are available.
Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?
A.
Thats the beauty of a class C, no need to tow as its drivable like a big van.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Take your time, don't drive sleepy, fill gas tank when it reaches half just to be safe and when you see a large gas station. Download "Campendium" for help locating dump stations, truck stops and rest areas.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Definitely ask for help if you're unsure how to hook these up. We have provided sewer hose along with a sidewinder which will help waste progress downward into the sewer in the ground. Also provided is a water filter you'll want to hook up before using water inside the motorhome. This hooks on the spicket and hose provided in our motorhome. Again, ask for assistance if you're unsure how to hook these up. ALWAYS spray out sewer hose after use when dumping black and gray tanks.
