From here in SE Miami, by the Biscayne Bay, you can use my two Kayaks, and go exploring in the 644 Acre Deering Estate and tour the old buildings/Mansion, or take an Uber to Viscaya the more deluxe mansion built by Charles Deering's brother. then go see Fairchild Gardens and the Forrest that surrounds Matheson Hammock, just north of the gardens. And much more. And save on gas. You can walk down to the kayak launch area. Maybe fishing for spotted Trout or Red Snapper? I provide the poles and two kayaks plus tackle. Cold AC, Remodeled kitchen, new floors, new Queen mattress, etc.Cosa è inclusoLinens, towels, beach towels, pot, pans, utensils. Cleaning supplies. Tools. Exterior radio. YOU DO THE PU. i DO NOT HAVE TIME BEING EMPLOYED FULL TIME WITH MAMI-DADE COUNTY AS A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. i LIVE 15-20 MINUTES SOUTH OF MIA. TAKE A JITNEY, VAN OR WHATEVER FROM THERE TO MY HOUSE NEAR THE FAMED DEERING ESTATE AND DRIVE AWAY IN THE REFURBISHED RV.
