- Minimum age requirement of 25 for all renters (kids welcome with parents)
- Please, no fish cleaning inside the RV
- RV must be returned full of gas and propane
- Grey and black water tanks must be dumped and filled with fresh water prior to return unless you choose $50 option to have us take care of this
- Check out list includes: floors vacuumed/swept, refrigerator wiped out, kitchen and bathrooms wiped down (supplies provided).
- The exterior of vehicle must be washed prior to return, unless you would like to ad on the exterior wash for $75 and have us take care of it.
- This RV may NOT be taken to McCarthy Alaska, or on Hwy 4 between Glennallen and Delta Junction (Alternate route: Glennallen to Tok via Hwy 1, then Hwy 2 to Delta Junction)The RV is located in Palmer, Alaska. Guests will need to arrange transportation to pick up in Palmer. Uber or Valley Shuttle Service are some options.

5.0Out of the 12 days we were in Alaska, the 3 we had with this rv were probably our favorites! We took it down to Homer and had the best time. No issues, ran great, and it was the perfect size for driving around. Great communication from the host, Avonlea was very kind and helpful (especially with giving recs on where to wash the camper before returning). SO glad we chose this camper - 10/10 ⭐️ experience
