• HOUSE RULES This van is our family's — we use it, we love it, and we ask that you treat it the same way you'd want someone to treat yours. CLEANLINESS • Return it in the same condition you picked it up — clean inside, trash removed, dishes washed • Wipe down surfaces, sweep the floor, clean the toilet and shower before drop-off. • A $ 250 cleaning fee will apply if it comes back needing significant work THE VAN • No smoking inside — ever. This is a hard stop. • Remove your shoes when possible • Be gentle with the doors, cabinets, and drawers — everything works great, let's keep it that way! • Don't exceed the weight or passenger limits • Off-road is fine on maintained dirt roads. Nothing technical or where you'd need 4WD. CAMPING • Empty the black and grey tanks before returning • Don't let the fresh water tank run completely dry • The solar handles normal use well — fridge, phone charging, lights. It's not designed for high-draw appliances like hair dryers or electric skillets. COMMUNICATION • If something breaks or goes wrong, tell us right away. We're reasonable people and accidents happen — it's the hiding it that causes problems. • We're reachable by phone or text throughout your trip if you have questions, however usually a quick google search answers most questions! FUEL • Return with a full tank of gas, same as pickup That's it. Have a great trip!
