If you do not dump there will be a $100 dump fee (available as an add-on, if you know in advance you're not going to dump).We do not expect it to be returned sparkling clean, but please pick up after yourself. If heavy cleaning is required upon return, an additional $50 cleaning fee (per hour) will be assessed.Pets and kids always welcome!
