Two Double bunk beds, Queen bed, table folds down into a double bed and a futon for sleeping. Hitch has torsion bars for better towing. Has a big electric awning making it an easy set up. Has furnace and A/C. Comes with all the kitchen supplies, and bedding. Delivery available to campgrounds only. Towing vehicle must have 7 pin connector and trailer brakes, WE Will NOT allow trailer to be towed without proper brakes! customers will still be billed if they show up without proper towing brakes/connector!
*No smoking/vaping/bug spray indoors.
*Rv toilet paper only
*No feminine hygiene products in toilet
*No candles indoors
*Only agreed upon pets
