There will be a $75 charge for dumping if an extra trip is required for host to empty tanks. Extended stay guests and guests with large numbers of people in their parties are advised to use the camp provided bath house for showering to avoid the extra dump charge. • Wipe up spills immediately to protect surfaces from staining, resulting in an extra charge for cleaning or replacement. • Use provided supplies reasonably, please. • Do not move slide out from the extended position. This is a host only responsibility, as damage to the slider motor or floor may occur with improper use. • Awning must be retracted if wind is above 10 MPH to avoid damage & costly awning replacement charge. • Do not adjust undercarriage jacks or tongue jack. This is a host only responsibility, as damage may occur to jack motors. • Do not allow children to play on or near the tongue of the trailer for safely. • Keep undercarriage and outdoor kitchen locked at all times when not in use to avoid costly theft.
