Has a 12 foot power awning with LED lighting comes with large outdoor area rug for cozy sitting area for kids, pets, and adults. Strong water pressure in shower. Comes fully stocked with bedding and disposable dinnerware. Pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. A few board games and deck of cards included.

Natalie's RV was perfect for my lake weekend with family. The pick up and return was very efficient. Natalie was a great host who walked me through the RV pointing out all pertinent information. Her communication was great during all aspects of the rental. I will definitely rent from Natalie again in the future.
