- Keurig, blender, toaster and electric kettle provided.Tow Vehicle requires a 2" hitch receiver. A brake controller must be equipped as well. The trailer uses a 7 way round RV plug. We will provide a weight distribution hitch.The renter needs to bring all linens and pillows. The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO Smoking inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. Pets are always welcome, select the pet add on at check out. 5Nick was great. He responded to questions quickly. The camper had pretty much anything you'd need and if it didn't have it, he was very up front and made sure you knew that. He was flexible on times for picking up and dropping off. He explained things well when we picked the camper up.

5Nick was very responsive and had everything set up and ready to go for our arrival. The RV was clean and everything in good working order. He even provided some basic camping equipment (fire starters, camp chairs, outdoor rug, etc). We had two kids 10 and under, and two adults in the RV very comfortably.

Every campsite is a little bit different. A hands-on explanation is provided at pick-up for your specific situation.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The trailer has to be level side to side first, before un hooking the tow vehicle. Then leveled front to rear using the power tongue jack. After the camper is level in both directions the slide can be operated. Damage can occur when moving the slide. Extra care is required.
