We will provide a weight distribution hitch.The renter needs to bring all linens and pillows. The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO Smoking inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. Pets are always welcome, select the pet add on at check out. Nick consistently responded to questions quickly, was flexible with pickup/drop-off times, and explained the RV features thoroughly. He even offered setup and tear-down services, enhancing the overall experience.

The trailer has to be level side to side first, before un hooking the tow vehicle. Then leveled front to rear using the power tongue jack. After the camper is level in both directions the slide can be operated. Damage can occur when moving the slide. Extra care is required.
