Welcome Renters. This RV has a huge full slide for more space, but is still functional and spacious with the slide in during travel. The kitchen includes a three burner cooktop and 8 cu. ft. refrigerator, full microwave & oven. Cookware & Utensils are included. Enjoy playing games with the kids at the booth dinette or relax on the jack-knife sofa and watch a movie on the 39" TV. In the evening, the you can convert the furniture for sleeping space and enjoy the rear bedroom with a King Bed, its very own TV and a large wardrobe for all your clothes. The lowerable full bed over cab can handle 500 lbs. and can be used for extra sleeping or storage, oh wait we aren't done yet, the Bunk Beds are great for the little people, each bunk has its own plug in and media player holder (think iPad or Tablet) as well as a privacy light in each bunk. This model is so easy to drive and set up you will find the typical stresses of a camping trip just melt away. Beyond the comforts of the driver and passenger seats the cab is equipped with a 10” Touchscreen Dash Radio with Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay to assist you in getting to your destination with ease.Cosa è inclusoNo need to worrying about packing to much for your trip, we will provide you with the key items needed to enjoy your trip, those items will include:
-Cook/Kitchenware (plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots and pans, etc.).

-Linens, Towels, Pillows.
-Flattop Grill/Griddle with propane hookup (propane hook up is direct through RV, no more dealing with cylinders or worrying if you have enough).
-Firepit Tripod for grilling over the fire, along with smores sticks and sandwich pocket cookers.
-Camping chairs, Folding Tables, and Camping Ground Mat
-All items needed for RV set up at site.

Make sure the RV is returned in the same condition it left in, make sure the gas (both gasoline and propane) is full upon return or additional charges will apply. Make sure you dump both black and gray tanks prior to return or additional charges will apply. Clean the dishes, utensils, grill/griddle, etc as well as pick up the interior prior to returning or additional charges will occur. Make sure to run the awning in on windy days and during bed time, never leave unattended. If you leave the campsite make sure entry door and storage doors are locked. Absolutely no walking/climbing on the roof.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This RV is very easy to drive and set up. Just think of the song "King of the Road(or queen)" because that is what you will feel like. Once you're at the site you'll be set up in minutes it is so easy and stress free.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I will provided a detailed walk through as the time of pick up as well as you can call me if you have additional questions.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am able to be somewhat flexible but not guaranteed. Each rental will be case by case and times will be worked out with the renter and myself. Please don't hesitate to ask if there is room for flexibility.
