The Summerland Bunkhouse is the perfect camper for a family getaway or a trip with just you and your loved one. The camper sleeps four comfortably with an extra space for two on the fold out dinette. The Summerland Bunkhouse is both easy to tow and easy to set-up. You'll be relaxing in a chair 20 minutes after arrival. We hope you find our camper to be a great way connect with family and enjoy nature; just as we do. Cosa è inclusoThis rental package includes many amenities at no extra charge (plates, aluminum foil, ziplocs for your leftovers, cleaning products, some bathroom items, garbage bags, etc).The trailer has a shower, toilet, refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, TV w/ DVD player, radio, and full propane tank.The NEW queen mattress will rival your sleeping experience at home!DELIVERY and SET UP
Looking for a completely worry-free experience? If you choose to have the camper delivered (for additional fee), we will set everything up and give you a brief overview of how things work. With delivery and set-up you won't need to worry about towing the vehicle or dumping the tanks.OCCUPANTS
The trailer sleeps 5 occupants. It features 1 Queen bed, 1 set of bunk beds, and a table to folds down into a bed.

Well behaved pets are allowed to stay but cannot be left unattended. No pets allowed on the furniture or beds. Additional fee applies.RV CONDITION
We expect our RV to be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. A thorough walk-through (with departure form) will be done prior to renter taking the RV, and again when returned (with rental return form). An additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged against your security deposit if returned in an excessively dirty state.TANK DUMPING
Please try book a full hookup site with electric, water and sewer. We do charge a dumping fee if it is not returned empty. The tanks are treated to avoid smells.BOOKING
When you message us or request a booking, please let us know what campground or the desired location. A full hook-up site will be the most convenient, however, campgrounds with dump stations would be acceptable as well. We are also able accommodate you if you plan to dry camp (use campground facilities only (no toilet, sink or shower use). Pick up times are adjustable, we all work and have a busy schedule. Just keep in touch and we can always make something work.Sorry, this camper is NOT available for festivals, races, parties, etc. Special rates for AirVenture are listed.SECURITY DEPOSIT
