Welcome to your home away from home! Our gently used 2017 Bunkhouse Travel Trailer sleeps up to 10.
Some of the features include, a new Serta iComfort queen size bed in the master, an electric fireplace, 2 heated recliners, 2 A/C units and an outdoor kitchen! Also included are 2 twin size beds and one pullout sofa in the bunkhouse area, large refrigerator, convertible dining table/bed and 3 Roku ready TV's. Rate includes 200 miles, .50/mile thereafter.Rules:
1. Due to the length of the trailer, a hitch with sway bars is a must. You can use your own or we have one you can rent. It's set-up for a standard pick-up height, but if you have a lift on your vehicle, we'll need time to make adjustments.
2. Pets are allowed. However, they must not be on the furniture at any time.
3. Propane tanks will be full at the time of pick-up. Please top them off to avoid fees.
4. All tanks (fresh, grey, waste) must be emptied to avoid fees.
5. No smoking or drug use of any kind.
6. No climbing on the roof.
7. No food down the sinks.
8. Cleaning fee will not be charged if trailer is returned as it was taken.
9. Please care for it as if it were your own.FAQ's

Generator: We don't have one. There are local options for renting. If you want to rent one you'll need a 4,000 watt with a 50 amp receiver. We do have a 30 amp pigtail.

For the first year after buying this trailer we took several family trips. Then we moved to a new state and lived in it for about 4 months until we settled into our new home. We have enjoyed owning this trailer and having the flexibility to just load up and go...it truly is home away from home!

For a weekday pick-up: we offer renters the option of picking up the evening (after 5:30) before their rental begins at no extra cost, as long as it doesn't interfere with another booking.
For a weekday drop-off: we offer an evening drop-off (after 5:30) at no extra charge, as long as we don't have a booking the next day.
