What we've loved about this RV is the abundance of storage, the fact that the kids and guest have their own space to enjoy, tons of privacy and luxurious finishes that allow us to feel at home and comfortable in any setting. We've enjoyed the springs, the mountains, the coast and beyond. From Roasting S'more's and telling ghost stories to sleeping in late due to the comfort of the bedding the experiences you can share and the places you'll enjoy are so diverse. We've made so many family memories in this RV and are happy sharing our impeccably maintained RV with others. Our RV is pet friendly (we love our dog and he loves camping). When camping with us you don't need to worry about anything, really, from flatware and dishes to crockpots, from linens to flashlights. Just bring your clothes, food and toiletries and we'll provide the rest. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the bunkhouse has two full size beds (top bunk has a 300lb limit) the couch folds out to another queen size bed. Flexible floor plan allows for huge couch space for lounging or dining. Outdoor kitchen and huge awning, and shower large enough for an adult to be comfortable and clean. Outside we have two zero gravity chairs and 4 camping chairs, outdoor rugs, tables and even tubes (if you're considering a swim). Set up fee includes our setting up everything on your desired campsite (we are not equip to handle boondocking or dry camping). Requires at a minimum a 30 amp electrical and water source. If camping longer than a weekend Fri-Mon then we recommend a sewer hookup. Delivery and Set up fee include up to a 1 hour radius from Orlando FL. Shorter distance rentals will receive a discounted setup fee. Setup fee's range from $75 minimum to $150 and we are wiling to discuss further trips with pre-approval. This is our third RV, we have been camping for years all over Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina and would love to recommend our favorite places to you. Locally we love Disney's Fort Wilderness, and any Springs location, also River Ranch. Not too far away is St. Augustine which is about 2 hours North.
