Upgraded Queen bed in back with private room, sleeps 7-8. With new batteries, a solar panel to charge batteries and a generator. Outdoor shower (for dry camping- most campgrounds have showers available), and lots of extra shelves for storage. Clean, newer flooring and countertops.

We enjoy 4-wheeling, jeeping, boating- especially Lake Powell, and mountain biking. We travel all over the beautiful state of Utah and enjoy its many off-road trails, National Parks, recreation areas and little-known spots.
