In great condition with one king, one full and one twin size bed. Working heater, lights, outlets, stove top, and sink. Has power hook-ups and the water tank holds about 7.5 gallons. Two propane tanks for the stove. 3 electric space heaters keep it nice and warm. Built-in cooler for extra cold storage. No onboard bathroom. Opens up to 21 ft in length.
