Our experience with this rental was disappointing, primarily because of the lack of communication and support from the host. During our 13-day trip, the automatic leveling jacks were not functioning properly. I sent the host a video and requested assistance but never received a response. A few days later, the refrigerator displayed an error and stopped cooling properly. I reached out again asking for help and, again, received no response. We ultimately had to sleep at an angle for multiple nights and lost food due to the refrigerator issue. When we returned the RV, we accepted responsibility for a $100 late return fee. However, the host also withheld an additional $325 from our security deposit for approximately two inches of peeling on the dinette table. While we understand being responsible for damage, we felt the charge was excessive given the lack of support we received throughout the trip. After the rental ended, the host provided explanations for the issues and suggested troubleshooting steps that could have resolved them. Unfortunately, none of that information was provided while we were actively experiencing the problems, despite multiple requests for assistance.

Really solid vehicle and amenities! My family and I had the time of our lives together in it! Just follow all the instructions and you’ll be set. One thing we loved was the size of the black water tank… was so big that we went a week with a family of 4 and didn’t even have to dump it! Hosts was responsive and kind as well!

We had a good time with the Vegas Rv. Liz and Maria are so awesome! We will rent again soon!

We booked Taffy Vegas same-day for a quick family trip and couldn’t believe how fast and helpful the response was. The owners didn’t just hand over the keys — they helped us secure a spot at Canyon RV Park right away, which saved us so much time and stress. This little motor coach draws so much attention. People kept coming up to us asking where we got that “cool futuristic RV”! And they’re not wrong — it really does look sleek and kind of cosmic . It’s compact enough to maneuver easily (even in tighter spots), but still super comfortable inside. And really roomy Even though it’s a 2022 unit, it honestly feels like new. Probably because of the super low mileage — it had under 15,000 miles when we took it out. And let me say this as someone who’s rented (and driven) a bunch of RVs: the floorplan is shockingly smart and efficient. Everything is where you expect it to be, and it just works. If I ever end up buying a motorhome, I’m seriously going to look for a Vegas. This one made a big impression.
