Louise is highly communicative during booking, delivery, and setup. She and Craig offer full delivery, setup, and teardown services, connecting utilities and providing a quick rundown of the RV.

4.0Louise the trailer owner was outstanding. The only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is we were not notified of the deposit and to my knowledge we haven't received it back!!

Users manual on board is simple and to the point, makes for easy camping experience. We opted for the delivery and set up option since we were traveling with a 4.5month old this time around, highly recommended this option if you are short on time. We loved our vacation! Highly highly recommend this camper.
