This is a 30-foot travel trailer with 1 slide-out, so make sure your campground can accommodate these dimensions.Guest Access:Once you've booked your campsite and secured the camper through us, we handle everything else! We coordinate with campgrounds in the area to deliver and set up the camper—often before you even arrive. All you need to do is check-in at the campground office, and they will direct you to your site. The camper will be unlocked, and the keys will be waiting on the table. It’s that easy!Awnings: We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning, but advise using caution! This is for your own protection as well because they are NOT Covered by insurance and they are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged. Damage to awnings, any acts of nature, or negligence are 100% your responsibility and will exceed your security/damage deposit amount. 3. Do not attempt to pull in slide for any reason!
4. Camper is to be left exactly as it has been setup.
5. If toilet fills up because black tank is full, pull lever located at the back of camper by the sewage hose.
6. Awnings: We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning, but advise using caution! This is for your own protection as well because they are NOT COVERED by insurance and they are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged. Damage to awnings, any acts of nature, or negligence are 100% your responsibility and will exceed your security/damage deposit amount. AWNING MUST BE BROUGHT IN AT NIGHT AND DURING THE DAY WHEN NOT IN USE. Rain and water will bend and tear up the awning!
7. NO SMOKING is allowed at all inside camper!
8. You are responsible for any spills, damages to interior or exterior, excessive dog hair, excessive smells and/or grease and other cooking substances etc.
9. Trash is to be taken out upon departure.
10. All linens and towels put in the shower.
11. Dishes washed and put away.
12. Most parks have quiet time staring at 10pm.
13. Only 6 registered guests allowed.
14. ABSOLUTELY NO parties, drugs, etc at camper.
