Melissa was kind and responsive. Her partner helped us hook up the trailer to our truck and we got to meet their sweet son. We loved our camping trip. Thank you!

Excellent communication and really appreciated the flexibility with pick up time. The camper has a great layout for a family of four & comfortable beds. Cooking supplies were on the slim side, but was able to make it work. I let Melissa know we had to hook the battery up to my husband’s truck because it wouldn’t hold a charge. We had a great trip though, and overall good experience.

Melissa & her husband were very friendly, they were very helpful for setup and the need to know of the trailer. I & my family will definitely use again and recommend for other users. Trailer was easily towable with my 2018 jeep around 55mph to 60mph.

Full transparency we were late to pick up the trailer. We sis communicate with the host and they were responsive. However, the embedded directions took us to the wrong address. Once we got there, we were briefed on how the trailer works and they let us borrow their hitch because ours was too small. Right out of the gate I was told "the DVD player is broken" I had made a point of getting a trailer for creature comforts especially since I was traveling with children. The owners knew this was our first time camping in a trailer. We did not know what we didn't know. Once we got to our destination things started to unravel. At first the hot water and burners did not work. We were told we may have to fill up the propane (I assumed that renting meant these things came equipped). I did not want to have to run to the store when we were supposed to be camping. Then things took a turn, our toilet started to fill up and so did the shower (which we had not used since there was no hot water). That's when the hubby had to google about trailers and learned that he had to release the gray water and later the black water. These were things that I feel should have been told to us. For the price I could have had more creature comforts and less work. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I do not recommend.

Great host. Was very flexible on the pickup and drop-off times. Would recommend for your next camping trip.
