Go on an RV adventure with your friends or family! Great location to head in any direction for a big trip out West, to the East Tennessee mountains, down south to the beach, or a camping trip closer to home. The possibilities are endless!This RV can sleep 7 comfortably:
Queen walk around bed in the rear
Full bunk over cab can sleep 2
New sofa bed can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children
The dinette makes a bed for 1 adult or 2 children.It also has an Electric awning, microwave, stove, gas/electric refrigerator and freezer, full bunk over cab, queen walk around bed in the rear, seperate shower with skylight, vanity. The Rv has An optional arctic pack installed, which allows for comfortable winter camping.Pots, pans, and utensils included. Cabinets throughout to store belongings. Bed linens and towels included. Plenty of storage under the RV where you could store bikes or extra belongings.Fees:
Mileage- 150 miles per night included with rental. 30 cents per mile after that. If you are looking to take a longer trip we are willing to negotiate extra mileage.
6 hours per day of generator usage included with rental. $3.00 per hour of additional usage.
Gas: If RV is returned without a full tank of gas: $3.00 per gallon.
Cleaning: We do not want to charge a cleaning fee but would appreciate it if it was returned in the same condition as you received it. This would include dishes being cleaned and put up, taking the trash out, vacuum and sweep floors, and clean bathroom. If you would rather us do this you can choose to pay a $50 fee.
Dumping fee: $25 dollar fee if you return it without dumping the sewage before you return.No pets
No smokingPick-up: Can pick up from the Memphis airport if you are flying in.
Parking a car: If you are driving from out of town and need to park your car. You can park it with us.Please message with any questions that you may have. We want to make your trip as great of an adventure and experience
