**Rules of the Road** • No roof access at any time. • Stay on paved or well-maintained campground access roads only. No off-roading or rough terrain. • Retract the awning anytime the RV is unattended or if wind or storms are expected. Awning damage caused by weather, negligence, or misuse is the renter’s responsibility. • Before extending or retracting awnings or slide-outs, always confirm adequate clearance from trees, posts, neighboring RVs, or other obstacles. • Dogs allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, not left unattended, and not allowed on furniture. • Children must be supervised at all times. • When driving or towing, guests must remain aware of vehicle height, width, tail swing, and turning clearance at all times to avoid contact with obstacles, structures, or overhead obstructions. • Experienced towers only. • For pickup towing, a properly equipped 3/4-ton truck or larger and use of the provided weight distribution hitch are required. • Delivery and professional setup are strongly recommended. Campsites must accommodate large RVs and provide 50-amp service. • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, misuse, or negligence that occurs during the rental period. • Guests are responsible for all tolls, tickets, violations, and parking fees. • RVs must be returned in good condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or unusually heavy cleaning may result in additional cleaning fees. • Unless waste tank service has been added or the RV is delivered to a site with dump facilities, waste tanks must be emptied before return. Propane must be returned full unless otherwise arranged. • No smoking or vaping. • Please report damage, issues, or concerns promptly.
