Delivery / Pick Up over 100 miles negotiable.
Failure to empty black / gray tanks properly will result in a fee of $100 to renter.
Failure to return with propane tanks full will result in a fee of no less than 2.5x the local cost to refill tanks.
Evidence of smoking will be a forfeit of deposit along with additional cleaning fees.
