Our KZ Sportsmen Classic is great because it offers so much in such a lightweight compact unit. It has 2 full size bed, tent ends that fold out and a booth that turns into a bed. It can sleep up to 6, however 2-4 is much more comfortable. It has a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, two burner cooktop and microwave. The bathroom has a toilet and tub/shower. The unloaded vehicle weight is 2430lbs and fully loaded it weighs in at 2700lbs. It is the perfect weight to be towed behind most SUV's and Trucks.Overview
My hope is that renters will care for our travel trailer as if it is their own and will be respectful of our property.Included Amenities

Well behaved dogs with respectful responsible guardians are always welcome ($15/night additional fee).RV Condition
We expect our RV to be returned in the same condition that renter received it. We will do a complete walk-through before the RV can be taken and another walk-through will be done when the RV is returned. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged against the security deposit if it is not returned in the condition it was received.Tank Dumping
Tanks must be dumped before the trailer is returned. A $75 dump fee will be charged against the deposit if tanks are left full.Booking
