No cleaning/dumping fees if RV RETURNED SAME AS RECEIVED. Ck Generator Oil every 6 hours. Ck engine fluids/tire psi every fill-up. No climbing on roof. Renter is responsible for any damage to the RV during the rental. Our insurance deductible is $5k. No smoking/vape. No off pavement use. Cleaning fee $100/hr. Dump fee $195. Late returns $65/hr. Awning/Generator damage up to $4k. Pet traces found $300. Sewer clogs fixed @ renter expense. If a dispute arises out of, or related to, this Agreement, or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Mediation Rules (CMR), before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its CMR. All fees and expenses of the mediation and/or arbitration shall be borne by the parties equally. However, each party shall bear the expense of its own counsel.

First, I want to say that I was a repeat customer of RV Fun Rental and my first positive review had been read 1000 times on Google. This time, my experience with RV Fun Rental was way below my expectations!!. After searching for several hours for an RV with the specific features I needed, I reserved and paid for a specific RV with RV Fun Rental in September 2021 for an upcoming trip over Thanksgiving. Two weeks prior to my Thanksgiving trip, Matt, the owner, sent me a text saying the RV was no longer available and my only option was to switch to a larger RV (which I didn’t need) or cancel the reservation for a refund. There was no explanation or anything! I couldn’t believe he would do that to a customer! After some prodding, I found out from another employee that the owner of the RV decided to use it. I find this very unacceptable. If an owner is going to list their RV for rent, then they need to be obliged to the rental contract. RV Fun Rental should not allow owners to do this for the obvious reason that it doesn’t reflect well on RV Fun Rental and is an unacceptable business practice to the rental customers. Beware that your rental may be switched or cancelled at the last minute. I tried to find another RV on other website platforms, but with only 2 weeks prior to the trip (Thanksgiving being a popular time to RV), I was not able to find one. So… I took the replacement RV that was offered. It ended up being in significantly inferior condition than the 2022 RV that I originally reserved. It was not a fair replacement! I wanted a new RV in great condition and got a 2019 with over 100k miles, a broken furnace, a missing awning (which we were told was ripped off in the wind by the previous renter), a missing exterior light by the steps (we had to rig up our own light), and several other items in need of repair. The photos of the RV we rented showed the awning attached, so beware of assuming that photos are accurate. This RV had a lot of wear and tear. My husband spent a lot of time with an RV Fun Rental employee trying to fix the furnace, but with no success. Upon return of the RV, after freezing for 6 nights with no furnace, we were offered a 10% discount on our rental fee. In my opinion, that was not enough to compensate for all the inconveniences that I experienced with this company, getting an older, inferior RV for the same price, not to mention the fact that I was a repeat customer that had given RV Fun Rental a great review that had been read over a thousand times. I thought that alone should have been worth something!
