Phil is highly praised for being available, responsive to questions, and resolving issues (like a door lock) quickly. He offers helpful guidance on camper operation and is very accommodating with flexible pick-up/drop-off times.
Easy to tow and well-equipped
This 21ft Coleman camper pulls easily behind a Chevy Colorado. It is described as clean, comfortable with upgraded mattresses, and suitable for families. It features all-electric amenities and is stocked with supplies. A queen bed height was a minor issue for one guest.

4.0Both trips were very relaxing and enjoyable. Everything on the camper worked fine. Phil was very polite and helpful getting the door lock issue resolved on the 1st day. Only a couple of things, 1st the queen bed was too high for my wife to reach so she slept on the dinette bed. 2nd, water hydrants at both campgrounds were too far from the rv camping pads. So I purchased another water hose from Branson Camping World on 1st trip.

4.0The Coleman travel trailer I rented from Phil worked fine for my wife and I. We had a litte trouble getting started, but after I remembered the set-up directions from the owner. It has been about a year and a half ago since I used an rv, Phil reminded me on how things work on one of these kind of campers. We had a very clean, tidy comfortable camper and that is the way we left it with Phil. It made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We both loved the all-electric features of the camper. Thanks again Phil for the use of your travel trailer.
