This trailer has vinyl wood flooring, dark brown cabinets, and brown furniture. Appliances are black. Large round shower and roomy bathroom. Front and back fold down sleeping areas with plug in fans. Both sides of the trailer slide out to offer the full width of the trailer as living space. Outdoor BBQ included. Enjoy the AC in the summer, and great heater in the winter. Both fold down sleeping areas have a full-sized mattress. There is a sink, gas stove and cook top, microwave, good size refrigerator. Tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player, and radio. You can listen to music inside the trailer and outside when the exterior speakers are turned on. There is a full length awning to protect you from weather. The Room has a furnace/water heater system, generator, wood cabinetry with soft close doors/drawers and custom trims. No Smoking in trailer. Please try to not park the trailer right next to the campfire. No climbing on the roof. Sweep the floor before closing slide outs, (debris will cut the floor). Do not hang anything from the rear bumper. Excessive smoke smell or filth will require a larger cleaning fee. Lock the hitch to the trailer when parked.

Easy to work with and a nice trailer. No problems at all, towed nicely and in good condition, everything we used worked fine. The sofa and table beds are best for smaller children.

As long as the trailer is clean and I'm available, you can pick up the trailer anytime day or check out. As long as the trailer is returned by a decent hour, (Not sleeping hours) there will be no extra night charge.
