Very new Heartland RV MPG Lightweight travel camper with full size queen Tochta 10” mattress. This is a game changer. If you don’t get a good nights sleep camping, you’re not going to have a good experience. This may be more comfortable than your bed at home.This camper is not too large, it’s not intimidating. It weighs about 4500Lbs empty. It sleeps two adults and a typical camper table that goes down, where one or two, small children could sleep. Very spacious with one slide out. Nice kitchen and ample storage.It will come with 2 outdoor chairs and two small tables . Everything needed for hook up. Basic amenities included for a typical camping experience, including picnic table top propane stove and basic cooking essentials.Heat and A/C. The air conditioner has the ability to go through ducts, which makes it quieter than many campers. Outdoor AM/FM BT speaker system, LED lights, awning, microwave, gas range inside, full shower, and bathroom. New for this model is an air fryer built-in to the stove!Eazy-Lift anti-sway traction bar towing system included. This makes the camper very controllable. Two 20LB propane tanks with automatic regulator.It has power stabilizers. No hand cranking!It has a rear camera that you mount inside your vehicle on the windshield so you can see what’s behind you. This is very, very good for safety.This is a very nice camper, if you want more details, just Google the make and model, there are plenty of videos that will walk you through it.Clean fitted bedsheet and 2 pillows and a light blanket. Two chairs and two small tables. Basic camping amenities. Please bring your own paper plates, cups, etc. There will be 4 rolls of camper approved toilet paper. If you need more, please order them ahead of time,but most campgrounds have a well stocked store. Make sure they are specific for campers.Kind of cool audio system that you can connect Bluetooth to or an auxiliary input . It can play inside the camper, outside the camper or both.Water heater works off of electric or propane.Water filter for hook up and water regulator.Surge protector for power hook up. Two water hoses. One for supply and one for cleaning the septic upon disconnecting. Tire, chocks, septic line and septic line cradle. Pads for outriggers.Absolutely no smoking in or around it. We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the camper, as we do the same. We will do a walk-through with the camper when you pick it up. I strongly recommend a vehicle that can tow up to 7000 pounds, this will give you plenty of leeway towing this. A built-in brake controller or aftermarket brake controller is a must and a legal requirement.The assumption by the owner is that the renter will know the basics of towing a camper and hooking up a camper and disconnecting a camper. If not, that’s not a problem. We can go over it, however it is strongly encouraged that the renter do their research on YouTube. There is ample good advice on YouTube on camping with a camper.
