Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Julio provides quick responses, is very helpful with questions, and makes pickup/drop-off processes easy. He's also transparent about prior damage.
Easy to drive, handles well
It drives easily with good power, stable handling in heavy winds, and a great turning radius. Features a comfortable bed and strong shower. Note: no pans/bedding. One renter reported issues with some features and the hot water system needs learning. Driver's seat high for shorter users.

5.0The 5 stars is for Julio and the overall experience...it's definitely as advertised, works great, and Julio was extremely responsive and helpful. I would note that there are no pans and no bedding, so make sure you bring your own. Otherwise, again, everything worked extremely well...of note as that the shower had surprisingly strong water pressure which was unexpected and a real bonus. Also, the bed was VERY comfortable as well...another surprise. Power and ease of driving were other bonuses...and we encountered HEAVY winds with minimal "pull" on the vehicle. Definitely recommend!

5.0Julio saved our camping trip to San Elijo when our last two booking fell through up to 1 day before our trip. His van is fully loaded, very clean and super comfortable. We were glamping in total luxury. Highly recommend!

2.0It’s a great vehicle/concept but not all of the features were in working order (Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning, power would turn off). There also wasn’t a manual provided to help us with working all of the features).

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

RV Drop off and Pick up is very flexible. We have delivered this unit to Las Vegas and Picked it up in Bend Oregon for a fee. Message us with request before booking is confirmed.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This unit has standard hookups. It has a built in Masurator to clear out the black water tank with ease.

Why doesn't this RV have a generator?
A.
This RV operates with Lithium-Ion Batteries and can run Air Conditioning and other components for up to 8 hours continuously. The solar panels on top keep the refrigerator running and lights. If in case the vehicle runs low on battery, turning on the engine or driving will recharge the batteries. This helps reduce that loud generator noice when you're out in nature.
