Because of older fuel stations I would also recommend using large travel stops for better safer and less likely to have unstable fuel that will end your vacation. Interior Damage Protection is a must with all bookings. You will need to sign our personal Supplemental Renters Agreement in addition to Outdoorsy's contract to cover any damages not covered by insurance. No drinking and driving and or unverified drivers or you will be fully responsible for all damages over your security deposit and not covered by insurance including down time and our legal fees if necessary. We understand incidents happen sometimes beyond either of our control but for your insurance to apply we need to be notified immediately for any insurance issues and police reports are monitory in ALL CASES. Pets will be considered on a limited one-by-one basis with additional sanitizing/cleaning fees mandatory with this in mind people with Allergies many want to avoid booking. If the unit have any issue minor or major if you can notify us as they happen, we can either have a mobile tech or national dealership help you on the road or address the issue upon return so it's ready for the next renter.
