This is a very unique bi-fold, hardsided pop up camper. It has new laminate flooring. The camper shows signs of age but is in decent condition.- It is equipped with 1 queen bed in back bedroom and 2 full beds in the front of the trailer-1 of them being a booth that transforms into a bed.- There is a bathroom containing a tub/shower, recirculating toilet, sink & a bathroom exhaust fan- Camper contains & includes use of a portable rechargeable outdoor shower with suction mount or hook mount for hanging on tree branches, etc.- Galley kitchen with stovetop/oven, 3-way refrigerator, double sink and plenty of dishes and storage make preparing your favorite camping dishes a breeze- This is a very lightweight trailer & can be pulled by most pickup trucks and SUV's- Tires and spare tire all in great shape- Camper contains & includes use of lawn games such as horseshoes, frisbee, badminton, volleyball & net.- Camper contains a 19" flatscreen television, a HD antenna and a DVD player for those rainy days- Camper has a window AC for those hot days- All windows and screens in working order and there are 2 roof vents, 1 of the vents containing an exhaust fan
