5.0Jeff saved us after another Owner had to cancel on us a few days before our trip. Communication with Jeff was outstanding, and he was always warm and professional. I opted for delivery and although it was further than Jeff's usual radius, he made it work with fair fees. Like I said, he saved our trip. When we arrived, the trailer was completely set up, because Jeff called the resort ahead of time and learned as much as he could before he got there. We were greeted with a smile and an awesome pooch named Tucker! His trailer was clean, well stocked, and everything worked. Our tour of everything was explained thoroughly, and he left within minutes. We then embarked on a great whitewater rafting weekend. Smooth experience! Thanks, Jeff and Tucker!

5.0Jeff saved our trip. We had a few logistical hiccups when we arrived in Sacramento but Jeff was able to pull some strings and make a trailer available for us. Very professional and great customer service. Highly recommend. We will rent from Jeff again.
