Has 2 slide-outs on the driver's side. All water and sewer hoses, as well as power cable for 50amp, and adapter for 30amp are included.This is a "couples coach", that features a king size bed, large shower with seat, and double sinks in the bathroom.
Spacious front kitchen with double sink and lots of counter space, including a peninsula bar with 2 barstools.
Kitchen has 3 burner gas stove and small oven, and over-the-range electric microwave oven, and good sized 12v refrigerator.
Also included are fresh linens, pillows, towels, folding table, silverware and flatware, coffee mugs, & cooking utensils, plus small Keurig coffee pod machine, with coffee K-Cup pods, and assorted non-dairy creamers and sweeteners.40" Roku smart TV and sound bar mounted above the bar across from the double electric recliner theater seating.
TV has sound bar speakers and has additional Hdmi cables for hooking up DVD players or XBoxes.Double AC units provide plenty of cooling in the summer.
Large 19' electric awning, with outdoor lights.
Gas Griddle included in storage bay.
Two folding camp chairs are also included, as well as a small drink fridge on the outside of the trailer on the door side, and outdoor camp shower on the opposite side.Towing - If you are towing the vehicle, please have a tow vehicle that can handle at least 8000lbs, with a tongue weight of over 1000lbs (usually F-250 or equivalent).About Delivery - Delivery is $3 per mile to destination, max 200 miles.
If delivery is selected, consider enabling the Setup and Tear Down Fee option (1 time fee of $100).
With this option enabled, I will park and level the unit, hook up power, water, and sewer hoses securely. Then when I return to pick it back up, you can walk away, and I will handle flushing the tanks and packing everything back up for you. Its like booking a mobile hotel room!
