Camper has 3 slide outs which makes it very spacious & a retractable awning with LED Lights & outdoor speakers. Master Bedroom with queen bed, Bunk room with 3 bunks and club sofa which can convert to 2 additional sleeping areas. TV's in both bedrooms & living room spaces. U-shape dinette with plenty of indoor seating, full pantry & island kitchen. Outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer, sink & 2 burner stove. Camper comes equipped with linens for beds, bath towels, beach towels, plates, utensils, pots & pans, trash can, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, toaster, camping chairs, outdoor matt, picnic table cover & grill.We allow maximum of 2 dogs only with daily pet fee of $20.00. No other animals are allowed in the camper.We deliver, set up & return to pick up at the end of your reservation. We do not allow renters to tow our camper with their vehicle. We deliver, set up & return to pick up at the end of your reservation. We do not allow renters to tow our camper with their vehicle. Travel trailer is only rented as a delivery & pickup option.Smoking is not allowed inside the camper. If there is a smell of smoke inside upon pick up, the security deposit will be held until camper is cleaned of smoke smell and cost will be deducted from the security deposit.Please leave camper clean and empty trash. Return camper in condition it was delivered. Extra cleaning fee of $100.00 will be take from security deposit if camper is left excessively dirty.Please strip beds of linens and leave on mattress. Place all used towels on bed in Master bedroom.Make sure all dishes and silverware is cleaned after use.Use single ply RV toilet paper only. We are a family of 5 who love to spend time camping. We started our camping adventures renting cabins when our boys were 2 years old and as time progressed we decided that buying an RV was going to be a great option for our family adventures. We plan camping getaways once per month from April through October. The bunkhouse travel trailer has served us well in our adventures with our teenage boys and nieces and occasionally some extra friend thrown in as well. We have now purchased a fifth wheel for our family and decided to rent our bunkhouse travel trailer so another family can enjoy there own camping adventures.
