NEW Furniture 10/2020, NEW Front Tires 9/2019, NEW Rear Tires 8/2020.Rental Pickup AND Drop OFF Times ARE 5:00 PM Unless Approved IN Advance.The couch has been replaced with a new Ultimate Leather jackknife couch and both captains chairs have been replaced with new Ultimate Leather units that match the new couch. The factory imitation leather on the dinette cushions has been recovered with matching Ultimate Leather from the manufacturer of the captains chairs and the couch.I have added a 2,000 watt inverter that will run all of the televisions. That way you will not have to run the generator to watch the game while you are tailgating.This coach has a full wall slide, and is one of the best driving Class A coaches that I have driven. The coach has a king bed in the rear, the couch is a jackknife, the dinette converts to a bed and there is a drop-down bed over the driver's area. The auto-levelers make it a breeze to set up camp. Push the button to put down the jacks, then open the slide to exponentially increase the living area inside the coach.The unit also has 50 amp service with dual air conditioners. Just set the thermostats and come back to the comforts of home after baking in the sun.We ask that you remember this is the motorhome that we use and enjoy. All we do is remove our personal items for the rental. So, we ask that if you use something out of it, you replace it (Charcoal, paper goods, toilet chemical, etc.) and please take care of it.We have numerous options to make your trip more enjoyable. They include a sewer tote, a bicycle rack, a luggage rack, a car dolly, with electric brakes (insurance rider from your insurance company required), Or, even a 5G Verizon MiFi jetpack.Pickup and Dropoff time are 5PM unless otherwise agreed too. I work a full time job. So, rental days are 5PM to 5PM. If your rental starts and/or ends on a weekend, I will be happy to try to accommodate different pickup / drop of times.

I have owned an RV of one form or another since I was in my early 20s. We have had everything from cabover campers to 5th wheels and now the motorhome. The motorhome is definitely the way to take a trip. But, I do miss my 5th wheel some days.
