Camper is ready for a great weekend for you & your loved ones to enjoy! Read everything that we have included in the RV for y’all to enjoy won’t be disappointed! Prices reduced for y’all to have a wonderful fall before it gets too cold to enjoy & make more memories!Please Note: the AC unit works great! The client who left the review about it tripping didn’t follow the instructions we left about the AC & how to properly use the camper. They tried to use too many amenities at the same time causing it to trip the circuit breaker & turning the AC off! Example you have to turn off AC if you plan to blow dry your hair inside. Or you can go to the bath house to dry your hair!(Please Note: State parks in Va has a law that won’t allow other businesses to operate in their park. So we aren’t allowed to deliver it to you there. Since we are only offering Delivery only. Very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. ) We found a Loophole so if the renter will meet us up front to drive up to get the pass & park then we can do that… also for pick up you Must wait for us to give us the parking pass to go back in to pick up. So if you like to do the state parks you must be willing to communicate more & plan accordingly for this to all work out.Any other camp sites that’s not a State Park we are allowed to deliver it & pick it up as well.Since we are military we are allowed to get on base if any want to book on the navy campground sites.We are a military family & we love making new memories that will last a lifetime. We would like to share this experience with you & your family. This rig is a prefect weekend getaway even if you need it for a longer stay.This is a brand NEW 2023 Heartland Pioneer BH250 30 AMP service, water, power, sewage and cable TV hookups. There are also speakers indoors & outdoor under the awning.Non-smoking indoors & no pets of any kind to keep it in prefect conditions for everyone to enjoy using this rig for many years to come!Has so much for you & your family to enjoy your camping experience! Only thing you you need to pack is personal hygiene care, clothes, shoes, get groceries. We have everything else here & no extra add on charges to use what we have such an amazing deal huh?( Please Note: if you have experience driving & pulling an RV or anything that’s heavy duty equipment that’s big as an rv & over 25yrs old then you are able to pick it up yourself so you don’t have to pay for delivery) Must be honest please to prevent any accidents so everyone is safe & no damage to the rv as well.Message me anytime if you have any questions or concerns before or after even during your time you booked with us. Excellent communication, very helpful

Guests consistently praised Claudia and Roger's excellent and outstanding communication. Claudia was patient and helpful when renters had questions.

Fully stocked for family trips

The RV is thoughtfully and exceptionally equipped with everything needed for a family-friendly 'glamping' experience. A minor AC circuit trip was easily resolved.

Beautiful RV, family-friendly and it comes with everything you need for a stress free "glamping". Communication with Claudia and Roger was excellent. No issues during site drop-off and pick-up. Would book with them again.

We had a wonderful time using Claudia’s camper. It was very thoughtfully stocked for a family. She was patient and so helpful when we had questions. We will definitely rent again!

We were very pleased with our vacation "home" for the Labor Day weekend. The RV was amazing, the communication was outstanding and the weather great. We would absolutely use the RV from Claudia again.
