1.0Worst rental I have experienced using Oudoorsy. No wash cloths, shower head was stopped up, awning didn't work and the camper had multiple cosmetic issues. I reported the issues to the owner and the excuse was always "we're an hour away." Needless to say, he never came to address any of the issues we had. Luckily, we were next to a friend and was able to use their shade in 90+ degree heat. He did call a local RV store and purchased a shower head that I went and picked up and installed myself. The pictures shown on the listing DID NOT represent what we got.

5.0Nice trailer. Comfortable. Clean. As with most RV mattresses if you want/need a ‘softer’ sleeping surface you’ll want to bring a mattress topper. James was pleasant to work with.
