Our trailers are SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE. Driver must be minimum 25 years of age. You will be given a full demonstration of how to set up the trailer and how everything works during your pick-up appointment. This demo is mandatory and take approximately 45 minutes. If your trailer is delivered to your campsite, the set up portion of the demo is offered but not mandatory. It is essential that the trailer is returned on time so that it can be prepped for the next family. A late return fee of $150 for the first hour the trailer is late plus $50 for each additional hour or portion thereof applies. Any damage to the trailer must be declared. Any repairs must be authorized by Away We Go. Away We Go extends an $800 deductible for collision damage at no extra cost. The renter is responsible for any other damage to the trailer. Automobile liability insurance in Alberta extends to the trailer the vehicle is towing. A police report must be filed in the event of a motor vehicle accident. Away We Go must be notified immediately of any accident.
