This turnkey rental is family & pet friendly, bring your groceries and we provide the rest! Pocket doors give privacy for queen bed in the front bedroom. The rear bunkhouse features 4 individual bunkbeds.Necessities provided: linens, pillows, dish soap & sponge, cooking utensils, pots & pans, serving bowls, reusable plates, bowls & cups, silverware, paper towels, coffee maker w/filters, cleaning wipes, toilet paper, BBQ tongsExtras provided upon request: camp chairs, small propane grill, family games, inflatable paddle boards w/life jackets, fishing gear, and pet supplies (kennel, lead, mutt mitt bags, gravity waterer)Delivery and set up only. We do not allow use on the dunes or beach.

Guests consistently found Shannyn helpful with questions and easy to communicate with. Everything was often set up before arrival. Note: one booking was canceled, and one guest experienced a delay receiving a lockbox code.
