0.5Horrible. Been using company for 5 years and never been like this. Owner named Lee cussed us out when we called with problems. Reported problems to him at 5:30pm and again at 10pm. We were cussed out and threatened to be kicked out of the camper by Lee with my two small children. All because the air was not cooling properly and the freezer/fridge was not cooling. Our food in fridge/freezer was ruined.
