This is a brand new 2022 Coachman Clipper lightweight trailer that can be pulled by most SUV's and trucks. It has an indoor and outdoor speaker system. Our trailer has a RV queen size fold down Murphy bed plus 2 extra large bunk beds. Each bunk plus the Murphy bed have 2 USB wall outlets. The trailer has an outside mini fridge and griddle and an outside shower which is great to clean off from the lake/beach. We include pillows and fitted sheets on all the beds; you just bring your blankets. All linens are washed after every use. There is also a table that can be set up in front of the couch or you can use it outside.Cosa è inclusoItems included: 4 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 2 washcloths, RV toliet paper, broom/dustpan, coffee pot, coffee cups, plates, bowls, cups, dish drying mat, cutting board, can opener, scissors, measuring cups, 1 pot, 1 frying pan, spatula, serving spoon, silverware, papertowels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, Lysol cleaning spray, and large outdoor rug.The Air Conditioning works VERY well, but we also include 2 small but powerful fans for the bunks that plug into the USB outlets just in case your kiddos need extra air flow in the bunks.Altre cose di cui prendere notaYou have to have a trailer anti-sway control and trailer brake system or you can use ours. But one has to be used.Delivery and set up can be provided depending on the date. Check out and check in times can be adjusted if we have the availability. If you are a first time travel trailer user, don't worry, we'll show you how to use everything when you pick it up (or when we deliver it to you). We'll also have you video it as we go through it all so you can reference back to it anytime. Plus we are always a phone call away anytime you need us!

We have a family property in Arkansas so we love to travel there several times a year. Casey is a teacher & football coach so it limits how often we get to use our travel trailer, which is why we decided to rent it out when we're not using it. We love to hear about the locations our renters take the trailer to and adventures they go on.
