**Delivery option is for anyone that wants to enjoy camping in comfort but may not have the capability to tow a camper to their favorite campsite** We will do it all for you, drive it, deliver it, set everything up for you, then return to close up camp and you get to drive home, no effort no worries, you get to enjoy camping without any of the hassle of set up and tear down. This camper is 50 AMP, Sleeps 6, 4 adults, 2 kids. Beautiful Rear living with fireplace, full length couch, two reclining stadium leather chairs, TV, stero with surround/indoor/outdoor speakers. Lots of Windows. Dinette booth table, island sink, stove, microwave, oven, larger fridge. Queen bedroom with tv. Full shower, porcelain toilet in bathroom. Two AC units for comfort, one in living area, one in bedroom. Two Awnings with outdoor lighting, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink, stove and indoor TV swivels for outdoor entertainment. A beautiful comfortable camper that will not

No smoking, must clean inside, and empty septic prior to turn in to avoid the $50.00 charge. If you cannot empty septic we can take care of it, but will charge $50.00 after turn in. Replace all recreational items to the storage bins, place used linens inside shower for laundering. Must fill water reservoir prior to turning on hot water tank. (we will show you) Do not disconnect TV, stereo/dvd players from current location. Ensure items are put away and secured before traveling for safety. Remove all food from cabinets and refrigerators. Close doors and cabinets and secure and lock all outer compartments/doors. Most of all Enjoy your experience. Any issues or concerns, just let us know.
